Hot Spring Resource Management
Since the Hot Spring Act came into effect, the Tourism Bureau has actively assisted operators to ensure the sustainability of hot spring travel.
- Hot Spring Area Management Plan
Assistance was provided to 13 county and city governments in planning, reviewing completed plans, and approving announcements. - Establishment of inspection certification mechanisms for hot spring inspection units
The Tourism Bureau certified 12 agencies (institutions) to carry out hot spring quality inspections. - Formulation of the “Notices for Hot Spring anagement by Local Governments”
- Assistance in Hot Spring Mark application operations
The Tourism Bureau conducted written reviews of 10 county and city governments and cooperated with on-site inspections by the Water Resources Agency
