Description:
The silence in the surroundings resembles the chaos on the Earth in the beginning. An eagle is circling above lake surface and taking in the view. Seeing the majestic and magnificent landscape brings the sudden lighthearted reprieve.
Appreciation:
Freehand brushwork is employed to illustrate the glorious Dapu. The dramatic changes in ink, no matter dark, light, dry or wet ink, thoroughly present the pleasant view of the whole lake. Seeing the direct and daring brushwork, we can feel the rhythmic beauty in the brush’s mastering of ink and lines.
