“Yehliu Nigh Tours-See the Queen's head illuminated at Night” organized by the Northguan National Scenic Area Headquarters from the end of June to mid-July 2024 won the 2024 Muse Creative Award in America and a Gold Award at the 2024 French Design Awards. Northguan National Scenic Area Headquarters and Yehliu Geopark launched the “Celebrate Winning International Awards: Shining Bright on the Global Stage” check-in lottery from October 10 to October 23, inviting visitors to come to Yehliu Geopark and share in the joy of winning.
The Muse Creative Award and the French Design Award are promoted by the International Awards Associate (IAA) and deeply influential in the field. Northguan National Scenic Area Headquarters Director Chen Yu-chuan said the event is honored to win two international design awards, including the 2024 Muse Creative Award, with a gold medal in the “Event-Public Event” category and the 2024 French Design Award, with a gold medal in the “Architectural: Design/Outdoor Lighting and Nightscapes” category. The event was themed “Scenes of Yehliu” and created a romantic artistic atmosphere through the combination of ambient lighting laser projection, water curtain, water dance, fire and other elements. In addition, a drone performance was used for the first time to highlight the beauty of the Yehliu landscape, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in a visual feast of land, sea and air. The Night Visit to the Queen’s Head event also allowed the world to see the unique Yehliu landscape, deepening the geopark’s brand value and image as an irreplaceable tourist destination.
