The annual “2024 Island Life Festival-Sea My Land” event hosted by the Northguan Scenic Area Headquarters at Heping Island Geopark in Keelung City officially started today (7th), with a roaming market and slow life music festival, including for the first time multiple groups of singers invited to sing together. More than 1,000 participants attended the concert and enjoyed an unforgettable summer time.
Northguan Scenic Area Headquarters Director Chen Yu-chuan said the “Slow Life Music Festival” and “Roaming Market” at this year’s event came together with the Heping Island Geopark location to explore the local elements of island ecology, landscape and culture. The market and music festival were created specifically for urbanites to relax and enjoy a slower paced life. Visitors can experience firsthand Keelung's unique slow life at the weekend. In addition, the event is also combined with the Taiwan Midsummer Festival “FotoBus,” which offers exclusive photographs for visitors to make beautiful summer memories.
