Glimmer Matsu Music Feast : The Soul-Touching Voice
Matsu, with its abundant military-history tourism resources, attracts numerous visitors and has become a popular tourist destination due to the "Blue Tears." To complement the dazzling starry sky and nighttime glimmers of Matsu, the event "Tunnel Concert" will commence on the afternoon of July 22nd, showcasing the most captivating performance within the superb natural acoustics of the Beihai Tunnel. In the evening, the public is invited to enjoy a uniquely different kind of night in Matsu under the starry sky, accompanied by music and glimmers. The lineup for this event includes the LongTan Philharmonic Orchestra, international band More the Merrier, rock guitarist WAC, talented singer-songwriter Wu Wenfang who grew up in Matsu, and 'Taiwan's most beautiful voice,' Christine Hsu, among other performers. They all come together to deliver touching and beautiful music to the Matsu Islands. 2023Have Fun in Matsu - Chill Trip Matsu, offering a delightful cycling experience to explore the scenic beauty of the Matsu Islands, will be held on July 23rd. On that day, cyclists are encouraged to ride from the Nangan Visitor Center to Jinsha Village and back, experiencing the centuries-old charm and innovative glimmers of this small town. Concurrently, this event marks the launch of " Point-earning Activity from Island-hopping by Bike", which will take place from July 23rd to October 23rd. While touring the four townships and five islands of Matsu, visitors can scan QR codes at designated locations with their mobile phones to collect electronic stamps. Upon collecting three stamps, visitors will receive a gift and qualify for a prize draw. This event invites everyone to come to Matsu and embark on a magnificent journey, adding a unique conquering adventure to their lives. On the same day, July 23rd, there will also be a featured activity called " Laser War Experience," which combines entertainment and military-themed sports experiences, leading participants to explore the battle-related sites and historical culture of Matsu.
