On the basis of the development concept outlined in the Matsu National Scenic Area Comprehensive Development Plan, promotion of the “Doubling of Tourist Arrivals Plan－Matsu Islands Travel Route Plan,” and the work for which the administration is responsible, the administration's work can be divided seven major areas: research and planning, development and construction, operations and management, resource conservation and cultural preservation, travel services, tourism promotion, and processing of applications from the public. These areas are outlined below in order to give you a complete understanding of the administration's work and achievements since its inception.
