The annual "2024 Taiwan Culinary Exhibition" of classic Taiwanese food and travel itineraries is now on stage. This year, the Tourism Administration of the MOTC will showcase Taiwan's rich and exciting activities in the "Playfulness in Taiwan" theme pavilion, allowing people to eat, play, and take good gifts home.

In addition to professional chefs' cooking and food lectures, the "Playfulness in Taiwan" theme pavilion also offers a series of special experience activities. In the "Culinary Classroom," professional chefs will conduct on-site food-making lessons, allowing people to readily learn authentic cooking and experience the delicious local flavors of Taiwan. The "Stage Area" has food experts and the public for food exchange.

The Tourism Administration requires that activities within the exhibition area will not use disposable tableware to promote environmental protection and sustainability. You can finish eating your meals, which are made on-site, or put them in your reusable meal box to take away. The exhibition hall also continues the concept of sustainability, and the exquisitely prepared gifts include eco-friendly chopsticks, sustainable food bags, and foldable freshness boxes. You can bring the gift home by participating in interactive games, taking prize quizzes, or taking photos to check-in. The administration encourages the public to continue using environmentally friendly tableware and utensils after activities and contribute to the goal of "sustainable love for the earth."
