In response to World Bicycle Day, 46 bicycle routes around Taiwan are connected through bicycle APP tracks to form a challenge of bicycle puzzles. Two routes are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, namely the Guashan Tri-rail and the 139 bicycle route. This morning, more than 100 cyclists from 11 counties and cities responded to the Bicycle Day and started riding lively!
The "Guashan Three-Rail Route" under the jurisdiction of the Headquarters is a bicycle route featuring the three rails (high-speed rail, Taiwan railways, and bicycles) and the Ershui water running in the Baguashan Scenic Area, which is very popular among cyclists. People can go to the Ershui bicycle path to experience chasing trains, visiting the century-old canal, and experience a tour that combines cycling, sightseeing, and culture. Besides, this "139 Bicycle Route" is a classic bicycle route that cycling enthusiasts must visit at least once in their lifetime. There is a 2-kilometer-long green tunnel along the way with beautiful scenery. Cyclists can also challenge climbing an upward slope, making them say they want to return next time!
The Guashan Tri-Rail route starts from Chishui Beitian Temple and ends at Linnei Station. Cyclists who set out on the two routes completed the ride smoothly under the guidance of professional riders and received unique gifts from the Headquarters, which made everyone full of memories! Moreover, the Central Classic 139 Bicycle Route, which cyclists love, starts from Wufeng Temple in Fenyuan, Changhua, and ends at Chishui Beitian Temple in Mingjian Township, Nantou. The scenery along the way is too much for the eyes. The public is welcome to come and experience it!
