Visit the Tri-Mountain National Scenic Area to welcome spring: The Headquarters wishes everyone a prosperous Year of the Dragon The "Oh Bear" red bag and coin are offered in limited quantities

The Tri-Mountain National Scenic Area Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the Headquarters) will not be closed during the Lunar New Year holidays of 2024! Three days before the Lunar New Year, from February 7 to 9, the Headquarters will distribute 'Oh Bear' red bags in limited quantities at six visitor centers, with 50 red bags distributed daily. Moreover, from the first day to the third day of the Lunar New Year (February 10 to 12), the Headquarters will distribute New Year coins along with greeting cards at six visitor centers (namely, Lion’s Head Mountain, Nanzhuang, Lishan, Guguan, Baguashan Ecology, and Sonboling) to wish everyone a prosperous and auspicious year! The New Year coins will be offered in limited quantities, with 25 coins available daily. The Headquarters welcomes everyone to welcome spring by visiting the Tri-Mountain National Scenic Area.



The Director of the Headquarters, Tsao Chung-yu, said that the six visitor centers within the jurisdiction of the Tri-Mountain National Scenic Area is open 365 days a year. He mentioned that, from the first day to the fifth day of the Lunar New Year (February 10 to 14), these visitor centers will organize DIY activities. Visitors who participate in the DIY activities at the Baguashan Ecology Visitor Center and Songboling Visitor Center can also visit Shoutian Temple for worship and welcoming spring; Tianzhong Forest Park to enjoy a forest bath; and Erwhui Bikeway for a bike ride. 

Moreover, visitors can also explore Nanzhuang Old Street, visit the "Nanzhuang Dongcun Dormitory" for an afternoon tea break and photo opportunities in a Japanese garden, hike along the Tengping Trail, Shuilian Cave, and Shiherliao Trail near the Lion’s Head Mountain Visitor Center, and enjoy absorbing the phytoncide, among other activities.


 

If visitors are planning to spend the Lunar New Year holidays in Lishan, they will coincide with the cherry blossom season at Fushoushan Farm and Wuling Farm. Additionally, they can hike along the Siliq Trail, which starts from the Plum Blossom Garden next to the Lishan Guest House and leads to the Range Landscape Pavilion. This 600-meter trail offers visitors the opportunity to absorb phytoncide. Moreover, the new scenic spot in Lishan, Jesus Church, is also a wonderful destination for welcoming spring. The Headquarters warmly welcomes everyone to visit these places.
