The pink shower trees in Ershui, Changhua, are now in full bloom, with a sea of pink blossoms stretching along the Jiji Line railway. As trains pass through the flowers, the scene looks like something out of a fairy tale. Visitors are encouraged to take the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle - Tianzhong Zhushan Route for an easy flower-viewing trip, and those who complete a questionnaire will also have a chance to win a limited-edition OhBear capsule toy.
Transfer from THSR Changhua Station, TRA Tianzhong Station, or Ershui Station, then get off at Yuanquan Police Station Stop for direct access to the Pink Shower Tree Trail. Visitors can also rent a bicycle at Ershui Station and ride along the Ershui Bikeway for about 15 to 20 minutes to reach the trail, creating a leisurely flower-viewing experience.
To enrich the travel experience, the Ershui Township Office will hold an event on March 28 featuring music performances and environmental education, allowing visitors to enjoy the flowers while also taking part in the local festive atmosphere.
In addition, the Shanlan Express will officially begin service on April 3, passing through Shetou Station and Ershui Station to connect local featured attractions. Seats are currently available for booking through June, making it a trip rail enthusiasts will not want to miss.
