The "2025 First World Bird Fair" will be in Taichung City from September 19 to 22. From September 20 to 21, a global exchange meeting and more than 100 stalls of bird-watching ecological tourism displays and bird costume shows from 30 countries will be at Taichung Civic Square. On August 9, a bird costume show will perform at the National Museum of Natural Science for a warm-up flash mob performance, which will also be accompanied by painting and flash mob dance activities, inviting the public to dress up creatively.
Themed as "The beauty of wings gathers in Taiwan," the exhibition presents Taiwan's rich bird ecology and combines ecology, tourism, education, and creativity. The event includes an international interaction dinner on September 19, an international ecological exchange meeting on September 20-21, and environmental tourism booth exhibitions from various countries. On September 22, the public can go to Daxueshan on-site to watch the ecology of 31 bird species unique to Taiwan.
On September 20-21, the bird watching expo will launch a creative event, "Be fun with feathers and transform gorgeously," featuring a bird costume show competition. This event encourages the public to make bird-shaped costumes with recycled materials to show Taiwan's emphasis on ecological conservation and inspires creativity.
