A sustainable lecture was held in Wufeng to promote sustainable tourism policies and enhance the awareness of sustainable tourism among businesses and residents in the area. Nearly a hundred people attended on-site. This lecture aims to attract more attention and support for local ecological conservation and sustainable tourism policies.

The lecture specially invited two Taiwanese hospitality industry operators who have obtained GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council certification) as speakers to share their professional experience in sustainable tourism. Teacher Gao shared with everyone the sustainable travel he has been promoting for many years, hoping to invite more groups and enterprises to jointly build an economic community for sustainable tourism to provide diverse and rich deep tourism. Another teacher, Mr. Lin, will share with everyone the effective integration of sustainable tourism and business models and the process and experience of farming. Sustainable tourism is geared to international standards, highlighting the importance of sustainability issues for tourism development today.

This lecture helps businesses and residents understand how to operate through responsible business models. While creating economic benefits and reducing the impact on the environment and culture, it also highlights policy issues related to sustainable tourism, analyzes applying for these seals and certifications, and explains why the government promotes sustainable policies.
