To promote and market the upcoming "2025 1st World Birdfairs" in September this year, the Tourism Administration of the MOTC produced an international marketing film for bird watching in central Taiwan called "Birding in Taiwan," which won a gold medal at the 7th 2025 Japan World's Tourism Film Festival! This film promotes Taiwan's abundant bird-watching resources and diverse tourism features to bird lovers worldwide, enhancing the international reputation of Taiwan's ecotourism.
"Birding in Taiwan" introduces the beautiful mountain and sea scenery and rich bird-watching resources in central Taiwan and sees the diversity of Taiwan's ecological environment from the perspective of birds and bird watchers. The film brings Taiwan's hills, mountains, and wetlands from the birds' perspective, showing the beauty of Taiwan's mountains and ecology. It not only brings tourism into the ecological and conservation aspects but also enhances Taiwan's tourism image and successfully wins the favor of the jury composed of various countries.
The "2025 1st World Birdfairs" was held at Taichung People's Square from September 20 to 21. It invited foreign bird organizations, launched international films in target markets, and released ecological tour information at international travel fairs.
