In the 2024 Tourism Service Quality Rating of the Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, the Songboling Visitor Center and Tea Culture Theme Pavilion won the "Innovative Service Award" for its national innovative experience service, "Six Senses of Tea!" The Headquarters invite domestic and foreign tourists to Songboling to experience the six senses of tea and satisfy their body and mind at once!
The Tourism Administration of MOTC held the "i-center Tourism Service System Service Quality Improvement Results Presentation" today. Songboling Visitor Center won the Innovation Service Award in this year's tourism service rating results.
The Songboling Visitor Center and Tea Culture Theme Pavilion offer travel consultation, film viewing, reservation explanations, and barrier-free facilities for tourists. They also introduce the critical development history of the tea industry in Songboling and use a miniature tea-making machine model to explain the tea-making steps in Taiwan. Besides, the second floor displays the characteristics of tea leaves worldwide. In the future, the Center will continue to improve its tourism services to provide visitors with a profound experience.
