Director of the Administration, Tsou Chung-yu, expressed that the Water Running and Fortune Blessing Route (6701A) of the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle initiates its journey from THSR Changhua Station; and traverses through several pivotal transportation hubs, including the TRA Tianzhong and Ershui Stations, as well as renowned scenic spots like Chelungpu Fault Preservation Park and Tianzhong Kiln Cat Village. All buses on the 6701A route have a gold hen purified at Zinan Temple. Passengers are welcome to touch the gold hen when boarding and disembarking the bus to pray for wealth. During the trial run period, some citizens have already provided feedback to the Administration, stating that they were fortunate to win either a scratch-off prize or a uniform invoice prize after touching the gold hen on the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle.
The Administration suggests that those interested in taking the 6701A route for a one-day tour during the New Year holidays can visit Zinan Temple in the morning to seek good fortune or wealth. In the afternoon, they can proceed to Zhushan Township to immerse themselves in the culture of the old street, explore the area's creative art and cultural spaces, and enjoy the experience either with their family or as senior travelers. Travelers wishing to visit the Zhushan Bamboo Art Lantern Festival at night are advised to plan a two-day tour and stay at a certified accommodation within Zhushan Township for a "play safe and stay safe" experience. They can choose either the Xitou Route or Sun Moon Lake-Xitou Route to explore Xitou, Sun-Link-Sea Forest, Sun Moon Lake, and other scenic spots along the way.
