The 2025 Dapeng Bay Marine Festival[JL1] will kick off on April 1 at the Dapeng Bay Coastal Park Wharf. Co-hosted by the Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area Headquarters and Pingtung County Government, this year’s festival features the popular Taiwanese IP “Huang A-Ma’s Harem Life” as its theme. The event blends creative exhibitions, low-carbon sailing and canoeing competitions, and recommended local travel itineraries together, offering visitors a refreshing tourism experience.
Not only does the festival continue the essence of Taiwan’s largest sailing competition, but it also integrates the concepts of sustainability and innovation, aiming to provide every participant with a profound marine experience. A variety of recommended itineraries are available for visitors, including cycling, agricultural and fishery experiences at local harbors, boat tours on the lake, and gourmet feasts in Donggang. The festival promotes both artistic and local experiences while emphasizing low carbon emissions and environmental protection, inviting visitors to help achieve sustainable tourism.
