The "Tea Festival in Four Seasons" event organized by the Alishan National Scenic Area Headquarters, Tourism Administration Bureau, MOTC, has now entered the sixth year since its launch in 2018. This year, this grand tea event is specially organized for each season, including the “Tea Village Concert” in spring, “Tea Breeze Picnic Day” in summer, “Wangshan Tea Journey” and “Wangsen Tea Journey” in Autumn, and “Root-Searching Tea Journey” in Winter. It is the aspiration of the Headquarters that, through lively and vibrant activities, travelers from various groups will be enticed to embark on a tea journey in Alishan. Throughout these events, the fragrance of tea is harmoniously blended with the diverse landscapes and scenery of the four seasons, providing visitors with the savory experience of each season and inviting them to delve into a rich and abundant tea journey.
The Director emphasized the international renown of Alishan tea and encouraged people to embark on a tea journey in Alishan, relishing the breathtaking scenery across all four seasons, which would undoubtedly inspire them to return - an experience certain to kindle a desire for a return visit. The Director also expressed his aspiration that by varying the styles of this tea event, it will resonate with a broader range of diverse groups and cater to the varied needs of Alishan visitors. Furthermore, he conveyed the belief that through the promotion of this tea event, the industries in Alishan will undergo even more diverse development.
The Director of the Tea and Beverage Research Station (TBRS), MOA, mentioned that the tea industry has broad applications across various sectors, including the manufacturing industry, tea art, the way of tea, tea cuisine, and tea products. Currently, through the marketing and promotional events organized by the Headquarters, the TBRS is actively pursuing cross-domain cooperation with a commitment to collaboratively enhance the quality of the tea industry.
