For the year 2010, the Taiwan Tourism Bureau plans to attract international tourists who purchase a package deal which includes an airplane ticket and a hotel accommodation with gifts for one of the four seasons in the year, depending on when they purchase the package.

A travel agency or airline which sells such packages of Taiwan can apply for quarterly gifts for participating tourists. Applications can be submitted to an overseas office of the Tourism Bureau.

Tourists who purchase package tours for Taiwan from a travel agency or airline can go to the agency, airline, or one of the Tourism Bureau’s overseas offices to pick up their gift voucher. The number of gifts is limited and each traveler may receive only one, on a first-come, first-served basis. (Those who have only purchased an airline ticket or joined a group tour do not qualify for this program.)
